The room was very comfortable with ample storage space, and the staff provided friendly service. The heated pool was fantastic, and the breakfast buffet offered a good selection, including organic Quebec cheeses. The hotel's location allowed easy access to public transport and nearby attractions, perfect for our daily explorations. The basic amenities could use improvement, and I found the pricing somewhat high compared to similar properties.

Very convenient location, concierge staff the best!
Room service staff needs training in asking customer if they can stay to finish cleaning or if they would need to come back to finish. Customers should not ask them to leave the room.instead of goingto knock on doodr to ask if anyhing is needed a phone call would sould suffice.

Spacious rooms. Hospitality of staff. Price/quality ratio was quite good Outside swimming pool on rooftop Amazing view
Room service was real bad (disgusting sandwiches, sloppy french fries) Rooms could do with a refurbishment Gym is really not to the standard of the hotel

I booked an a double room with climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television. The location was absolutely perfect and comfy for walking around a wax museum. The service was excellent, that made the hotel well priced and stylish place.
The staff was average.

We had a blast with my friends ! It was super easy to visit museums and shop in nearby neighborhoods. Just a heads up, the hotel itself is a bit dated, but the pool area and the on-site restaurant are definitely highlights. I recommend trying the local cuisine when you're there!
Unfortunately, the staff was a bit unorganized. On a couple of occasions, our rooms weren't cleaned properly, disappointing.

The location was super convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast had tons of tasty options like freshly baked pastries and local fruits. Our Junior Suite was comfy with air conditioning, tv, private bathroom, and a safety deposit box. The outdoor swimming pool area was inviting, and the fitness center was great too.
